Sharing of Information
We must disclose each registered domain name and its associated Internet Protocol numbers ("TLD zone files") to TLD server administrators to ensure that the domain name operates as a functional address on the Internet.

We will not share such information with other third parties, except we may be required to disclose such information as required by any relevant law or regulations or upon formal requests (e.g., subpoena or court order) made in connection with litigation or arbitration proceedings directly relating to a domain name registration or other services we provide.

Access to Information by Employees
Accessing and handling personal information obtained by us is strictly restricted to our authorized employees that have a legitimate business purpose to do so. Our information management systems can block or inhibit employees from accessing information that they have no authority to access. Any unauthorized access or use of such information by an NameGateway.com employee is prohibited and is dealt with in accordance with our disciplinary regulations.
